1. Room Tariff & Taxes
Room tariffs are subject to applicable government taxes. Taxes may change as per government regulations without prior notice.

2. Current GST structure:
5% GST for room tariffs from INR 1,001 to INR 7,500
18% GST for room tariffs above INR 7,501

3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation with a refund is permitted up to 3 days prior to the check-in date. A 5% service charge will be deducted from the total booking amount towards the transfer/processing of the refund.

4. Modification of Bookings
Any modification to an existing booking will be subject to room availability and the revised booking policy applicable at the time of modification.

5. Cancellation & Modification Charges
Cancellation and modification charges are as per the hotel’s standard policy. Any waiver of such charges will be solely at the discretion of the hotel.

6. Dev Deepawali Bookings
Cancellation, modification, and refund are strictly not applicable for bookings made for the Dev Deepawali period.
