Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Room tariff is subject to tax as per revealing laws. Taxes are subject to change as per govt. regulations without prior intimations. Current Tax structure: 12% GST for Tariff of INR 1001 to INR 7500.
2. Hotel’s Check in time is 13:00 hrs and Check out time is 11:00 hrs, early check in and late check-out request can be considerd subject to be availibilty of room with an addtional charges. An Early departure would liable to pay room night charges for the entire booking period.
3. All the gauranteed reservatins are non refundable.
4. Modified bookings will be subject to availibility and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
5. The Cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the Hotel’s discretion.
6. The inclusion of Extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
7. Rooms will be held on confirm basis subject to guarantee by advance payment via NEFT, Bank Account Credit Card or Cash payment.
8. Only credit-note facility available for the refund/deposit amount.
